Returns

Although I really hope that you will love your piece, if for whatever reason you want to return your purchase I will be able to give you a full refund. You must inform me within 14 days of receiving your piece and return the item to me within 28 days. You must return all items in their original packaging. I will not accept returns on any item that has been worn or damaged. If approved, your refund will be processed, and refunded to your credit card or original method of payment.

Some items cannot be accepted for refunds. These include earrings (for hygiene reasons) any item that has been specifically altered for you, or custom orders.

When ordering a custom piece of jewellery, I will ask for a deposit, this is to cover the cost of materials so once materials have been ordered and work has begun on that piece, the deposit is non refundable.

Faulty Items: Every piece of jewellery I create is made with love and care. However if you find your jewellery to be faulty due to the construction you have 6 months to return the piece and I will be happy to repair it free of charge, however, I can not accept responsibility for any items damaged by the wearer. I will of course do what I can to help repair any piece to the best of my ability, but the piece may have to be sent off site depending on the extent of the repair work and there could be a charge for time and/or materials needed to repair the piece.

Product descriptions

Products offered on this website will have both photographs and a written description. If anything is unclear to you it is your responsibility to clarify the description before placing your order. You can do this using the contact details given on my website.

Stones will be as shown in the photographs and described but please note that detail in colour shown on a photograph may not be precise and also that stones as natural products may not be of uniform colour size or shape. If you are unsure about this please contact me prior to ordering using the contact details given.

Sizes

In my product descriptions I give measurements as appropriate but jewellery will fit differently on each individual so if you have any questions regarding sizes please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

The design of some items of jewellery may necessitate caution when wearing with certain garment styles and materials. I do not take any responsibility for damage caused in these circumstances.

Although I strive to ensure that products are made with complete precision as hand crafted products there may be some very minor variation to the specified product description.

Order Processing

All the jewellery listed on my website is made to order, with the exception of my one off or limited edition pieces, (those pieces will be marked as so).  Because of this it will be normally be up to 3-4 weeks after a piece is ordered before it is made and delivered to you. If there is a delay to this expected time frame I will inform you of this.

Some pieces I offer may take longer than 3-4 weeks but if this is the case it will be included in the product details.

Items could also take longer to be processed during busy times e.g. Christmas

Items which are to be altered to your own specification or custom orders may also take longer but I will explain this when discussing the alterations with you.

Sarah Elizabeth Jewellery wants to keep your information safe and let you know how and why we collect and use it.

Information we keep

We only collect and keep information about you so we can provide our core business service and provide a better and more individual service to you.

We will collect the following information;

· Name.

· Full address.

· Contact information including phone number and email address.

· We may also collect information about your preferences in regard to our products and services.

We will keep your information securely and we will never share any personal information with any third party unless we have asked your permission beforehand and only if we feel it would be beneficial to you. We will never sell information.

You will not be added to our mailing list unless you choose that to opt in. If at any time you want removed from this list please email or write to us and you will be removed from it.

Security

Our site is powered by Squarespace and as such we can provide a high level of security and safety. The website has an SSL certificate which is donated by the closed padlock on the address bar.

Payments

The payment options offered are Stripe and PayPal which offer completely secure transactions. We do not have any access to your payment transactions.
